1. What is included in a service wash?
All items in a service wash are cleaned at either 30°C or 40°C, tumble dried on a low heat, and neatly folded.
2. Can I have my items ironed as part of a service wash?
Ironing is not included in the standard service wash. If you would like any items ironed, please keep them separate, as ironing will be billed separately.
3. Will stains be removed during a service wash?
Stain removal is not guaranteed. While we make every effort to remove stains, some may remain if they've been on the garment for an extended time.
4. What is your responsibility for damage to my items?
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by objects left in pockets.
- Damage to items that are unsuitable for a service wash (e.g., items with special care instructions).
- Items with stains that cannot be removed.
5. How can I help prevent damage to my items?
To help us care for your items, we kindly request that you:
- Check all pockets before bringing items for a service wash.
- Separate white items from colored ones.
- Separate items that require special cleaning methods.
6. Which items are unsuitable for a service wash?
The following items are not suitable for a service wash:
- Items that cannot be washed in a washing machine (please check the care label).
- Items that cannot be tumble dried (please check the care label).
- Large or unique items that require separate cleaning, such as duvets, mattress protectors, pillows, curtains, blankets, bath mats, and rugs.
